Give Your Patients Access to a Concierge Dietitian

Extend the high-touch experience your patients already expect into nutrition, weight management, metabolic health and GLP-1 support—with an experienced Registered Dietitian who can remain closely involved between physician visits.

What This Adds to Your Practice

Guided Lifestyle Nutrition gives your practice access to a highly experienced concierge dietitian — a capability very few concierge practices are able to offer. Adding Kimberly gives your patients more than general nutrition advice: a dedicated specialist who strengthens the continuity, responsiveness and individualized attention already at the center of your practice — and gives patients one more reason to value and recommend the care they receive from you.

Kimberly spent more than a decade as Director of Nutrition at the internationally recognized Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami, where she worked with thousands of clients—including celebrities and royalty—and helped create Pritikin’s after-care concierge nutrition program. For the last 14 years, she has continued practicing with that same high-touch philosophy.

Extend Your Concierge Experience

Extend Your High-Touch Care Into Nutrition Between Physician Visits

Your patients chose a high-touch practice because access, continuity and individualized attention matter to them. Kimberly brings that same philosophy to nutrition, giving patients an experienced specialist who stays closely involved as real-life needs change between physician visits — anything medical or medication-related goes straight back to you.

Continuity

Give Patients a Dedicated Nutrition Resource

Patients have one experienced Registered Dietitian who knows their goals, history and progress — so you’re not fielding basic nutrition questions or re-explaining their case every visit.

High-Touch Alignment

Carry Your Concierge Philosophy Into Nutrition Care

Kimberly is often in touch with clients on a daily basis, matching the access your practice is already built around — reinforcing your concierge positioning without adding to your team’s workload.

Responsive Support

Give Patients Guidance When Real Life Is Happening

Direct access seven days a week means day-to-day questions — appetite, travel, restaurants, routines — go to Kimberly, not your office.

Clinical Alignment

Keep Nutrition and Medical Care Connected

Kimberly shapes nutrition guidance around the treatment plan you’ve already set — so your plan stays the one patients follow.

A Capability Your Patients Are Already Asking For

Give Your Practice a More Complete Answer When Patients Ask for Help Losing Weight

Many concierge practices serve patients in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who are frustrated that the approaches that worked earlier in life no longer work the same way.

Rather than giving general advice or sending the patient outside your care ecosystem, your practice can offer access to an experienced Registered Dietitian who specializes in the interaction between weight, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, muscle preservation, medications and real life.

Kimberly gives your practice a trusted weight-management resource for patients who need substantially more support than can reasonably fit into a physician visit.

Preserving MuscleSupport meaningful weight loss while prioritizing protein, nutritional adequacy and preservation of lean mass.
Midlife & MenopauseAddress changing appetite, body composition, hormones and lifestyle as patients move through midlife and beyond.
PlateausGive patients a resource for reassessing nutrition and behavior when progress slows instead of simply increasing restriction.
Health ConditionsConnect weight-management goals with diabetes risk, lipids, blood pressure and other medical priorities.
Medication ContextShape nutrition support around the medications and treatment plans already being managed by the patient’s medical team.
Long-Term FunctionSupport energy, strength, mobility and an eating lifestyle the patient can realistically maintain.
Help Improve the Numbers You Are Already Managing

Add Intensive Nutrition Support to Your Metabolic and Cardiovascular Care

Kimberly routinely helps clients dramatically improve high A1C, cholesterol and blood pressure. Every day between visits, she keeps clients focused on the specific eating habits that move those numbers — while your physician continues to manage the diagnosis, medications and treatment, and reassesses as the numbers improve.

Help Patients Improve A1C & Glucose Control

Sustained daily support around prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and elevated A1C, so the work continues long after the visit ends.

Help Improve Cholesterol & Triglycerides

Years of experience helping clients lower cholesterol and triglycerides through diet, with ongoing follow-through — while cardiovascular risk assessment and medical management stay with your practice.

Support Better Blood-Pressure Control

Sustained nutrition and lifestyle changes that support better blood-pressure control, with medication reassessment staying with you.

Extend that same daily support to other issues your physicians are already seeing:
Fatty liver Menopause-related metabolic change GI symptoms & food tolerance Protein adequacy Appetite regulation Other nutrition-related lab abnormalities
Extend Your GLP-1 Care Beyond Prescribing

Give Your GLP-1 Patients the Ongoing Nutrition Support the Prescription Alone Cannot Provide

Kimberly can take on much of the day-to-day nutrition and lifestyle work surrounding GLP-1 treatment — appetite changes, hydration, protein, GI side effects, plateaus, travel — while your physician remains responsible for medication and medical management. Anything medical or medication-related goes straight back to you or the prescribing clinician.

Protect the Result

Help Protect Nutrition & Muscle as Intake Falls

Expert help prioritizing protein, hydration and nutrient-dense foods as appetite drops — protecting patients from the muscle loss and rebound weight you’d otherwise have to manage medically.

Improve the Experience

Help Patients Navigate Food-Related GI Challenges

Practical guidance on meal size, food choices, timing and hydration when nausea, fullness, constipation or reflux make eating harder — keeping patients on the medication instead of calling it quits.

Keep Patients Moving

Give Plateaus and Appetite Changes Somewhere to Go

Kimberly reviews what’s happening day to day and flags anything that belongs back with the prescribing clinician — keeping patients engaged with treatment instead of losing momentum.

Build Long-Term Value

Help Patients Build Skills Beyond the Medication

Patients build food habits that outlast the prescription — protecting the results your practice helped them achieve.

A Distinct Practice Advantage

A Specialty Almost No Concierge Practice Can Currently Offer

Very few concierge practices are able to offer their patients access to a concierge dietitian as part of their extended care experience, simply because there are so few dietitians who practice this way. Kimberly gives your practice a distinctive specialty that naturally complements the personalized care your patients already receive.

Differentiation

Add a Clinically Relevant, High-Touch Nutrition Resource

Add a clinically relevant, high-touch nutrition resource that strengthens the value patients associate with your concierge membership — something few competing practices can currently offer.

Long-Term Value

Help Patients Become More Capable Between Visits

Patients build practical, real-life food skills that make them more confident and self-sufficient, while staying supported when new issues arise.

One Simple Rate

No Tiers to Explain, No Pricing Conversation to Navigate

Every patient works with Kimberly for $500 a month, with a 3-month minimum to allow enough time for real change — no commitment beyond that. Patients continue month to month for as long as it’s valuable to them. One straightforward rate — nothing to compare or choose between when you’re making the referral.

Every Month Includes:
Private Consultations With Kimberly as Often as Needed Consultations adapt to the patient’s needs, progress and changing circumstances.
Direct Text Access to Kimberly 7 Days a Week Patients can reach out between consultations when questions, challenges or real-life situations come up.

The level of access never changes. Patients can continue beyond the 3-month minimum as they work through weight, metabolic or GLP-1 goals — allowing the length of engagement to adjust naturally to the needs of each patient.

Two Ways to Work Together

Add Concierge Dietitian Expertise to the Care Your Practice Already Provides

Start with a straightforward referral relationship, or make Kimberly a more visible part of your patients’ care. Either model gives your practice access to specialized concierge nutrition expertise that complements your high-touch philosophy.

Referral Relationship

Referral Partner

Give patients who need more specialized nutrition support a trusted concierge dietitian relationship.

  • Your practice refers patients who would benefit; they work directly with Kimberly from there — private consultations plus direct seven-day text access.
  • There is no cost to the practice and no billing required by the practice.
  • Her nutrition guidance stays aligned with the medical priorities you’ve set, and she can communicate with you when appropriate.
You choose the level of integration — either way, your practice gains a concierge nutrition specialty that strengthens the breadth and continuity of care you can offer.

Lowered A1C and Avoided Diabetes Medication

I am a 74-year-old female who has been working with Kimberly for the past 3 months. Over the past few years, my A1C started to climb, and I was getting close to becoming diabetic. The doctors in my life told me to eat fewer carbs and wanted to put me on medication. I refused and had to figure out what plan B was.

My brother had been working with Kimberly with great success and recommended that I give her a call. I immediately liked her because she was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and I could sense how passionate she was about helping people reach their goals.

She taught me how and when to test my blood and gave me a way of eating to help me lose weight and lower my blood sugar. I loved the fact that she was always there to answer questions or concerns I had. The only thing I had to be talked into was sending her a picture of every meal I ate. A few weeks later, I totally understood why. She was able to look at my food and make suggestions as to changes I could make to reach my weight and blood sugar goals. It was so easy for her to do by just looking at what I had eaten.

So fast forward to today and I have lost weight and my A1C has dropped to a much better number. I am thrilled and could not have done it without Kimberly’s help. I would highly recommend her services. I always enjoy our Zoom talks and have learned so much. Thank you, Kimberly, for all you have done for me!

Lost 40 Pounds and Came Off Three Medications

I first met Kim about 2 1/2 years ago at the Pritikin Wellness Center. I enjoyed her classes and coaching while at Pritikin, so I decided to continue with her coaching upon my return home. I found her to be very knowledgeable and informative. From helping me through the tough holiday time, as well as summers at the beach. She suggests different brands for food, as well as supplied me with recipes she has made and enjoys herself. Kim has been through the healthy living journey herself and coaches from her own experiences. I find she holds me accountable for my actions, without making me feel bad about myself. One of the things I really appreciate about Kim is she meets you where you are in your journey and helps you move forward. She is very motivating and I am always uplifted after speaking with her. To date I have lost around 40 pounds and have managed to keep it off for 2 1/2 years. I have stopped taking 3 different medications for blood pressure and diabetes. She has changed my outlook and my relationship with food.

Triglycerides Dropped From 250 to 84 in Two Months

Jason Harvey

I reached out to Kimberly in early March of 2024 after my bloodwork came back with my triglycerides higher than ever and my glucose elevated. I wasn’t happy with the advice of my doctor to take fish oil and when discussing this with my personal trainer he recommended I contact Kimberly. My goals were to reduce my triglycerides, glucose, and lose about 10 pounds. I got all of that and much more.

After working with Kimberly for only 2 months I retested my blood, my triglycerides went from over 250 to 84. My glucose is down and I’ve lost 9 pounds. Not only did she help me meet the goals I had, the other benefits I have experienced is increased energy, no more brain fog, and reduced cravings.

I have worked with plans in the past that required recording every thing you eat at every meal, counting calories, tracking macro’s (proteins, carbs, and fat) weighing food, etc… Kimberly keeps it simple, after your initial call with her she develops a meal plan specific to your needs and goals. Then she just asks that you take a photo of each meal you eat and text it to her. That’s it.

That allows for accountability which is important and for her to offer guidance and feedback in real time. Anytime I have had a question or concern she is always very quick to respond. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Kimberly for helping me take control of my health and my diet.

When GLP-1 Alone Wasn’t Enough, Kimberly Was the Missing Piece

My experience working with Kimberly was so easy, truthful, and accurate. She knows her work! I actually tried GLP1 before with little to No success. So I had reservations starting again. I soon learned Kimberly was my missing part in my “how to use GLP1 medication “. Her commitment to my success was just as engaging as my own. She told me how to eat (major detail), when to eat it, what I should be eating, how much of it to eat, and to just trust the process. I started at 249lbs, which is what made me try GLP1 again and now down to 224 lbs. my goal starting was between 220-225 lbs. and she help me get there! And it was healthy Weight loss. I’m so grateful and appreciative for her commitment to me. Her plan was so realistic and didn’t feel life altering. I think I can do it continuously. If you need the support and the dedication from someone to be your dietitian, Kimberly is the TRUTH! Thank you for your support! It has changed my life for the better! 🙏🏽
